The humanitarian crisis in Ukraine has been rapidly evolving since February 2022, resulting in significant information gaps on needs across the country. The ACAPS Ukraine Analysis Hub aims to produce timely and high-quality analytical products from an independent perspective to strengthen the evidence base for decision-making and response programming among humanitarian stakeholders.
ACAPS provides regular analysis of the humanitarian needs and access situation in Ukraine. We collect and analyse available data to produce regular reports and datasets that allow for a comparison of the humanitarian situation at the subnational level.
We depend on a solid network of civil society partners to ensure that our analysis is shaped by local experts and provides an in-depth understanding of local dynamics in Ukraine.
The project also seeks to bolster analytical capacity and assessment capabilities in Ukraine through mentoring and technical support to Ukrainian civil society.
