The daily rate shared in the call for applications is indicative and based on market analysis and current budget parameters. Rates above the indicative range do not automatically disqualify an application. However, price is one of several factors considered in the final assessment. 

A higher rate does not lead to automatic exclusion. That said, affordability and value for money are part of the overall decision when building the roster and assigning work. 

The indicative fee range is exclusive of VAT. Final contracts will clearly specify whether VAT or other applicable taxes are included, depending on the consultant’s legal and tax status. 

Contracts are expected to start from April onwards, depending on role and availability. Exact start dates will be agreed as part of contracting. 

No. This is a consultant roster. Inclusion on the roster does not guarantee a minimum volume of work. Engagements are agreed on a case-by-case basis, depending on project needs. 

ACAPS works as a distributed organisation across multiple time zones. There is no single required time zone. What matters is the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and meet agreed deadlines. Some assignments may require availability during overlapping working hours. 

Yes. These are remote consultancy roles, and we work with consultants globally. As long as you meet the criteria outlined in the call and can contract legally as an independent consultant, you are welcome to apply. 

Every applicant will receive an email with feedback confirming whether or not their application was successful. All applications are reviewed against the same criteria. 

Being accepted onto the roster means you may be considered for future assignments. Each piece of work will be scoped and contracted separately.
