Afghanistan: Information and analysis ecosystem

This report aims to analyse the current information and analysis ecosystem in the Afghanistan response. To do so, ACAPS analysed the data and analysis landscape for the humanitarian response in Afghanistan through a secondary review of the main humanitarian information management (IM) products (1,200) published between 2019–2021. Between October 2021 and January 2022, ACAPS also conducted 13 key informant interviews (KIIs) with IM representatives, analysis organisations, and individuals working on face-to-face and remote data collection and analysis in Afghanistan.
