In April ACAPS conducted the COVID-19: Impact on humanitarian operations short survey. Key findings were that operations across all contexts were continuing, though containment measures had significantly affected operations, with many respondents reporting a shift both in the focus of their organization as well as their way of operating.

In June the Cox’s Bazar Analysis Hub dug into the Impact of COVID-19 on gender programming through a series of key informant interviews. A major finding was that the COVID-19 crisis had reduced the direct contact between humanitarian staff and affected communities, and changed the profile of staff with regular direct contact to affected people.

ACAPS researched the impact of COVID-19 on humanitarian programming through conducting surveys and series of interviews.
